ICRCM's Reliability Academy

Progressive Learning

How it works: Course material given in a step by step method, beginning with the establishment of a solid

foundation and then building with each successive step, one atop the other, such that it builds a logical and structured

Body of Knowledge within each suuccesive lesson.

Under a Progressive Learning Flow the student must pass any required quiz with a score of 100%. You cannot progress

to the next Lesson until the previous Lesson is watched in full, and the required quiz (if any) is passed...

ONLINE CERTIFICATION COURSES

Under this system, it is very unlikely students will attempt to cheat, because it takes more time to attempt to cheat then it

does to simply do it correctly. We call this the "Path of Least Resistance" and this is a natural human instinct. In order to

cheat, you still have to invest in all of the time, of watching the online lectures and then taking the quizzes.

Trying to talk your smart friend into doing that much work for you is very impractical and highly unlikely.

For Online Certifications you must take the Final Exam ONLY AFTER completing the ENTIRE COURSE.

You must score a minimum score of 77% to pass the Certification Final. If you fail your first attempt you may try again.

however, if you fail a second time then you are assigned a study package on the answers

you missed. After completing that you may retake the Final a third time. If you fail again you must apply for

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION. Your online behavior during the course is being logged so that upon review

we can tell if you have been trying to skip forward or subvert the process.

It is in everyone's best interest to simply do the work, gain the knowledge, and pass the Exams! If suspect behavior is

observed, you may not be allowed to retake your Final Exam under the Special Consideration program...

If denied you would have to wait 6 months and re-enroll in, and complete the entire program.

If your efforts are honest you will have no problem getting

approved and receiving our support for gunuine learning.

But, be aware that, your behaviors are being monitored and recorded during course completion.
