The ICRCM Reliability Academy was born out of the COVID 19 pandemic which saw a shutdown of global

technical training of over 2 years due to travel and group gathering restrictions in most areas.

We typically delevered our Professional Certification training seminars through approved

Consultants who would also proctor the Final Exam on the last day of training.

During the pandemic there were generally 2 week quarantines on arrival and two week quarantines

upon return, so delivering a single week of training outside of your own home city

would cost you 5 weeks time...

Ths environment made seminars and training financially non-feasable.

The result was a global shutdown of Technical and Professional Certificaion training.

We here at the International Council on Reliability Centered Management, were facing a serious crisis

in our ability to acheive our Stated Mission and had to all but cease operations for over 18 months.

In late 2023 the industry began to show signs of a long and slow recovery.

Because this unfortunate incident severely crippled our Primary Mission of bringing

World Class Maintenance and Management to the global community, we began developing

potential online solutions on a very limited budget in early 2023. The road has been long and ardious.

However, we have finaly found an adquate combination of Progressive Training techniques and

LMS delivery technology that enables us to deliver a Training and Certification Package 100% online.

It is our earnest endeavour to deliver this unique solution through this website for those who wish to

learn at their own pace, without the need to travel to training seminars to get

professionally trained in the Core Competencies of RCM Management and get fully certified.
